About Us

For over 30 years, RPMC has been a leader in Twin Cities commercial real estate. What began in 1974 with a small portfolio of buildings in the northern St. Paul suburb of Roseville has grown through acquisition and new developments into holdings throughout the Twin Cities in excess of 2.5 million total square feet.

Over the years, new ventures have widened the scope of operations across the country and into varied locales such as Des Moines, IA and Naples, FL. Services now extend beyond property management and include full real estate brokerage, development and additional warehousing/logistics services through our sister company, Strategic Warehousing.

RPMC’s founder, Daniel P. Commers, together with Hugh R. Cullen and Mark E. Rancone, CPM*, who both joined the firm in 1989, represent nearly a century of experience in the development, brokerage and management of commercial and multi-family residential real estate.
